Booking & Payment Policy


Deposit Policy


To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable $20 deposit is required. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your treatment, with the remaining balance due at the time of service.


Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy


We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Without proper notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled.


Sales Policy


  1. All treatment packages must be paid in full prior to service.
  2. A standard card processing fee applies to all credit or debit card payments.
  3. All sales are final.


Refund Policy


  1. Refunds are not available for unfinished sessions.
  2. Approved refunds may take 48–72 hours to process, depending on your banking institution.
